CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure the best experience for all guests and to respect reserved appointment times, the following policy is in place: • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance • All deposits are non-refundable • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
